I have known Robert for a few years as he was doing handyman services, but he has worked also for a long time on construction projects on heating and air, so when the summer heatwave was starting to get a little less rare my husband and I decided to bite the bullet and get air conditioning installed. We got several quotes, and we decided on going with Robert because he gave us a most competitive quote, and we saved some money by getting the permit on our own as well. If you are looking to get an air conditioner installed or maintained, I recommend getting a quote from Robert in addition to other companies so you can see for yourself. While Robert isn’t the white glove type of HVAC company, he will save you a lot of money.

Robert and his team did a great job with our HVAC system, including relocating the furnace to the attic (which gave us another closest in the house), moving the AC unit from one side of the house to the other side (wired, piped, and all), replaced all ducts, installed high-end filtration system, moved vents to other walls, cut new vents, installed Nest Thermostat, etc. It was fairly a big project but he handled it all, thoroughly, quickly and to quote. He even helped with some other needs that weren’t in scope. We shopped around for a long time and spoke to a lot of people, and felt we were being upsold or kept pushing what they wanted to do. Robert on the other hand, helped to get done what we wanted and accommodated everything. We have new additions in a few months to the house so I’ll be calling on Robert again to help… Yes Irene, Robert isn’t the “white glove” type of guy, but think that makes him more authentic and down-to-earth.

I ran into Freese Heating and Air when looking for a Day and Night Furnace (Carrier) dealer. First, Robert gave me a price that was $1,200 to $2,200 LESS than the other two bids I received. Within two days he installed a new furnace and it runs great. I highly recommend him.  

Robert Freese and his excellent team (Jamie and John) have just completed the replacement of my aged (20 years old) condenser/heater at my condo. From consultation to job completion, Robert has shown concern for his client. His pricing was well below that of other larger local heating companies. But that fairer price did not equate to a lower value or lower service. On the contrary. As the job required two days, Robert very thoughtfully offered me the complimentary loan of a floor heater so I would not freeze during the night (the new heater was not fully set up). Jamie kindly dropped it off before closing his day. The evening temps were extremely cold, so these acts of true care and kindness were so appreciated and speak well of their concern for their clients. John was so careful to ensure the floors and affected areas were clean and clear of debris resulting from their installs. Their politeness and professional demeanor were refreshing. If you need any air conditioning or heating work done or advice, I whole-heartedly recommend Freese Heating and Air. Thank you, Robert, John, and Jamie for a job well done (and quickly done) and well appreciated. I can now rest knowing the cold and hot temps of the valley won’t have me freezing or sweltering! I have had Robert install a new furnace, A/C, and tankless water heater. He does excellent work, is dependable, and is on time.
